NEW HOURS FOR MUSEUM'S LOBBY
Although the Museum of Art/Fort Lauderdale closed its exhibition galleries at the end of the day on Sunday, October 16 to prepare for King Tut, the lobby ticket counter and Museum Store will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Tuesdays, when the lobby will be closed. These hours will remain in effect until the beginning of Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs.

CELEBRATE OPENING EVENTS IN KING TUT’S AFTERLIFE
Something as grand as Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs deserves a grand welcome. After all, this once-in-a-lifetime exhibition is going to only four venues in the United States and one of them is Fort Lauderdale, Florida!

The Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale is located at the corner of Las Olas Blvd and Andrews Avenue in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale's Arts and Entertainment District. The Museum is located at One E. Las Olas Blvd., on the northeast corner of Andrews Avenue and Las Olas Boulevard, at the foot of the Andrews Avenue drawbridge over the New River, just a walk from some of the finest galleries, restaurants and boutique stores in Ft Lauderdale.

Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale hours: Open daily from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily with extended hours until 9 p.m. on Thursdays. Closed on selected national holidays.

The Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale is situated at the heart of South Florida's metropolitan area, which includes Miami, Hollywood, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach - the sixth largest metropolitan area in the country.
